1. VAPORISERS / AROMATHERAPY

1.1. What is vaporisation?
Vaporisation is the process of heating the herbs to a temperature high enough to release all their natural substances. It is the most effective, the healthiest and definitely the most pleasant form of inhalation. We encourage you to get acquainted with all the aspects of vaporisation:  Why is it worth vaporising?

1.2. What is a vaporiser?
Vaporiser is an electronic device used during vaporisation. It heats the herbs and brings them to a high temperature so that they release their natural properties: the healing, relaxing, calming, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and the expectorant ones as well as many, many others, depending on the type of the herb. 1.3. Is vaporisation safe?
Yes, definitely! It is undoubtedly the best way of absorbing the properties of herbs. Aromatherapy below 200°C is completely safe as below this temperature no tar substances whatsoever get produced. What’s more, if you buy the products in VapeFully, you have a guarantee that all the products are made of materials entirely safe for your health.

1.4. What is conduction and convection?
Conduction and convection are two different methods used by the producers of vaporisers to heat the herbs. You can find more information here:  Conduction or convection? Or maybe both?

1.5. Why are some vaporisers so expensive?
The main idea of vaporisation is a healthy, safe inhalation. That’s why Premium Vaporisers (the whole range sold in VapeFully) are made of safe, medical materials. Your safety is our priority. That’s why we deliver only verified devices.

ORDERS

2.1. When will the order be processed?
The parcel is sent out within 24 hours after the order is placed. The only exceptions are the products with a different delivery time indicated. If you place the order before 12:00, we guarantee the parcel will be sent out the same day.

2.2. What payment methods are available?
We offer various payment methods so that the payment process is both easy and secure. We enable the express payments with PayU, which operates with the majority of Polish banks as well as Visa and MasterCard payment cards. You can also pay via PayPal or decide to choose the COD option.

2.3. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the type of the shipping form and the payments method. You can find more information about it here:  Shipping

2.4. What is the delivery time?
In order to minimise the delivery time, we process the orders in two warehouses, in Western Europe (Aachen, Germany) and Central Europe (Poznan, Poland). The parcels sent out to Poland are usually delivered the next working day.

2.5. How is the parcel protected?
We make sure that the device you order doesn’t get damaged during the shipment. We secure the carton packaging with a bubble wrap and fillers. This guarantees a delivery that is safe for the products.

2.6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, of course you can cancel your order – just let us know about it. The sooner you do it, the better. If the parcel has already been sent out from the distribution centre, send it back to us.

3.  SERVICE

3.1. Can I collect the order in person?
At the moment it’s not possible to collect the orders in person, but we don’t discard this possibility in the future.

3.2. I don’t like the product and I want to return it.
No problem. Get in touch to discuss the details.

3.3. What is the fastest way to get in contact with you?
E-mail contact is the fastest way to get in touch with us. This way, we can track your order in the system and react accordingly to your needs.

4.  PRIVACY

4.1. Are the parcels discreetly packed?
Yes, all the orders made in VapeFully shop are completely discreet. We guarantee a regular-looking packaging and a private sender address. This way you can feel safe.

4.2. Is my personal data safe?
We take very seriously the matter of you personal data safety. Your info was and will be used only to process the orders – we will never give away your personal data. We use the safest SSL certificate that protects the payment transactions. You can also place an order without setting up an account.
