CBD oils are produced by extracting CBD from Cannabis sativa with the use of CO2. The active substance in CBD oils is cannabidiol, one of the cannabinoids that can be found in cannabis plants. Cannabidiol is not a psychoactive substance (it doesn't work like a drug), which is proven by the fact that it has antipsychotic, anti-anxiety, calming and antioxidant properties. CBD oils are supposed to be taken orally - place a few drops of the oils under your tongue and hold it for 1-2 minutes, then swallow it. It's best to take the oil 30 minutes before meal. The oils come in various volumes and with different CBD concentration levels but they all provide the same results. You just need to follow the dosage recommendations.
